As you know, the ODHOA Board of Directors has instructed me to contact you regarding

the above-referenced blog/website that I understand you have created. As discussed by the

Board at the September 4, 2009 Board Meeting, the Board does not authorize your blog/website

or any future blog/website as an official blog/website of Ocean Dunes condominium and the

Board. Thank you for changing the blog to clearly reflect that it is not an official blog/website of

ODHOAJ Ocean Dunes.
