I'm back~

Hello Ocean Dunes homeowners!

I decided to update my blog and start communicating on it again because it will soon be election time and there are things you may want to discuss or questions you may want to ask.
First of all, I want to thank The Noble Company for doing a great job! The selection of The Noble Company has been a positive move for us all. They have lots of experience to share with us and this experience is helping our Directors make better decisions! Better decisions lead to saving the homeowners money! Jenifer’s insurance experience saved us $50,000 when we renewed our insurance policy last month!


There have been a lot of changes and I think they have been for the better. The rec center is getting a much needed facelift, inside and out. We have new staff members that seem to love their job, such as Nick, our Property Manager and Ann, our new office manager. You can see Nick walking around and inspecting our property and working hard to make O.D. look great. I love Ann’s monthly newsletters and social events! I cannot wait to get down there and join in on the fun! We have two new maintenance technicians, Chris and Nathan.


In the past, we had two maintenance guys who rode together on one golf cart all the time. Nick got our second golf cart fixed so we now have twice the amount of work being performed on a daily basis. By the way, please take the time to introduce yourself to our new staff if you have not already done so.


Election time is right around the corner and it is important you know the facts before you vote. I hope this blogspot will help you make an informed decision when selecting your candidates. If you like the new changes at O.D. and want us to continue on this path, my suggestions for Directors this year are: Bob Mosbrook, John Virgint and of course, me! I am hearing good things about Bill Moore but I have only talked with him a couple of times so I really don’t know him.


When selecting your new Directors, please remember where we have been and where we are now. There are some candidates who feel we should step back into time and put George back as our Property Manager but I disagree. (just ask them) If you agree that Ocean Dunes is headed in the right direction since The Noble Company came into our lives, then you should vote for Brewer, Mosbrook and Virgint!
